Welcome to Yang Yang’s Homepage
Yang is a Postdoctoral Associate in theoretical chemistry at Yale University. He works with Prof. Sharon Hammes-Schiffer on the method development in multicomponent density functional theory. He obtained his Ph.D. from Duke University under the guidance of Prof. Weitao Yang. In the coming fall, Yang is moving to the University of Wisconsin–Madison to start his independent research in theoretical and computational chemistry. His main research interest will be “Driving Excited States Applications by Developing Theory“. Students and postdocs who are interested in quantum chemistry and want to explore the deep nature of chemistry are all welcome to join Yang’s group.
